How do o get s copy of the CCR s of Sandy Point? Is anyone ever at the office? How do I find out about a water share?
Hi Donna, thank you for your comment. The office hours should be posted on the office (sorry I do not know what hours they are at the office) and they should have information about water shares available, as well as CCRs for the division your lot is in.
Is there a fuel dock at the marina?
Yup, there sure is. I’m fairly certain it is Ethanol Free fuel, as well, which is obviously the best choice for marine fuel systems. It is located right next to the boat launch.
